At Chronology by Titanium Luxury LLC, we are committed to providing a transparent, trustworthy, and professional buying experience. This Returns & Refund Policy has been established in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates while taking into consideration the nature of luxury watches, luxury goods, and specialized accessories.

Luxury Watches & Luxury Bags

Due to the unique nature, value, and authentication requirements of luxury watches and luxury bags, all sales are considered final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

The item is proven to be non-authentic.
The item materially differs from the description provided at the time of sale.
A significant defect or condition issue exists that was not disclosed prior to purchase.
The item received is different from the item purchased.

All authenticity concerns must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item and before any use, modification, servicing, or resale.

Chronology reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any return, exchange, or refund request.

In exceptional cases and solely at the discretion of Chronology, a return or exchange may be considered as a gesture of goodwill to preserve long-term client relationships. Such exceptions do not create an obligation for future transactions.

Accessories, Straps, Watch Winders & Spare Parts

Accessories, straps, watch winders, travel pouches, protection products, and spare parts may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery provided that:

The item has not been used, worn, installed, altered, or damaged.
The item remains in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, manuals, certificates, and accessories are included.
The item is returned in a resaleable condition.

Chronology reserves the right to refuse any return request if the product does not meet the above conditions.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made or special-order products.
Installed or used spare parts.
Products showing signs of wear, installation, modification, or misuse.
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or final sale campaigns unless required by applicable law.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by Chronology.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible and may require a reasonable processing period depending on the payment provider, banking institution, or payment platform involved.

Any shipping costs, insurance fees, customs charges, duties, payment processing fees, or other third-party charges incurred during the original transaction may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Chronology shall not be responsible for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any damage occurring after delivery of the item.

Governing Law

This Returns & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
